Every day we make decisions ranging from what to wear to work to which doctor to call for a rash. Our choices are based on our experiences, our knowledge, and our emotions - and may not result in the best outcomes.
In fact we could do much better if the "architecture" of our choices was rearranged. According to a new book, we need to devote some thought and energy to changing the process.
